A Fine Art Portrait Session with Jayne Michael embodies elegant and classic style posing, focusing on the subject's face and without forced smiles. These sessions will focus on captivating solo portraits with a portion of your session dedicated to your desired groupings.

Your portraits will be edited to perfection in a painterly fashion, highlighting your child's features and adding depth and dimension, which allows for the portraits to come to life when printed professionally. Although Jayne Michael's photography style makes little to no use of props, a variety of holiday props will be provided for your session. These props are to aid in the story of the location and the portrait, they are fairly neutral in color and have a classic and timeless feel.

WINTER WONDERLAND PETITE Sessions will be captured in Elmwood Park, NJ. Sessions will be available on any available date of your choice in late October or early November (please select appropriately at checkout and call immediately to choose your session and rain date.

**A rain date must be chosen and you must be available both your chosen session and rain date.

***Session start time will be approximately one hour before sunset. Keep in mind, exact session start time may vary depending on the weather and you will be notified of the exact start time 24 hours prior to your session.

PRICING:
The cost for a weekday session is $750 and for a weekend session $850.

A deposit of $250 is required to reserve your session and the balance is due prior to the start of your session.

A signed portrait agreement is required to book your session date and your booking fee is non-refundable.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:

*A rain date will also be scheduled upon booking and you must be available on both your scheduled session date and the rain date agreed upon.

*Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled due to lateness. Please plan to arrive at least twenty minutes before your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled.

*An ordering appointment with the guidance of Jayne Michael is included in your session to customize your image collection. We will schedule this appointment following your portrait session for an in person viewing of your proofs at our studio in Fairfield, NJ. Ordering appointments must be scheduled within one week of your session and all decision makers must be present.

*Client has the option to purchase Digital Portraits at a rate of $250 per image, printable up to 5x7. Archival HD Fine Art Prints and Wall Art Products will also be available for purchase during your ordering appointment. Fine Art Prints start at $275, Wall Art Portraits start at $500 and Luxe Folio Collections start at $1400. A corresponding sized digital portrait is included with every purchase. *Session fee and a signed portrait agreement are required to secure your session date & time and is non-refundable. The portrait agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours of issue to hold your session date.

*Approximate turn around time for edited digital portraits is 5 weeks during the holiday season and will be delivered via an online gallery for download. Art prints and products may be picked up at the studio approximately 10 weeks following your ordering appointment. Images may be rushed for a fee of $75/image.

*Any image order placed after November 15th, 2024 may be not be guaranteed in time to order your holiday cards.

*Each image is hand edited by Jayne Michael to the best of her ability. Standard retouching includes skin smoothing, light blemish removal, eye enhancements, stray hair removal, and background enhancements/cleanup. Any complex requests or editing requests after the images are delivered will result in additional charges.

*By submitting your retainer, you agree you have read and understood this content in it's entirety.

*Rain Policy:
We kindly ask, if possible, to keep your entire session day open in case of rain or poor weather conditions so we can shoot at a different time if necessary. If your date is completely rained out, we will reschedule for the agreed upon rain date (weekend dates are subject to availability and not guaranteed). We will contact you 24 hours prior to our scheduled session with your exact session start time and if inclement weather appears to be an issue.
