This year brings fresh updates for the gym — a new photographer and brand new uniforms for the cheerleaders, which makes it the perfect time to elevate picture day with Jayne Michael Photography!

Session Fee $50
Your session fee includes:
• One digital individual portrait (printable up to 8×10, with and without logo/year)
• An online viewing gallery where you can select your included image
• The option to purchase additional images, prints, or specialty items directly from your gallery
• This fee covers your child’s individual portrait session and ensures you receive a professionally edited, quality image to keep and print.

Sibling/Buddy Session Add-On $10
If your child would like a sibling or buddy photographed with them, this can be added to your session for an additional $10. This small fee accounts for the extra time needed to pose and photograph multiple children together.

Please note:
• Only one parent needs to select and pay for this add-on.
• The parent adding the option should schedule it on a day and time when all participating siblings/buddies can attend the same session.
• This ensures everyone is photographed together seamlessly and efficiently.
• Shareable digital photo is purchased separately

Team Photo Optional Add-On $25
The custom team photo is available as an optional $25 add-on. This image is created by photographing each child individually and then hand-selecting and compositing every portrait into one bold, polished team design.

Because the final artwork relies on every child being photographed, all cheerleaders on the team must participate in order for the team photo to be produced.

Each family that signs up will receive a quality digital copy of the completed team image, with and without logo/year.

A 3% Processing Fee will be applied to every Credit Card transaction. To avoid this fee, you may pay through Zelle instead.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What is included in the $50 session fee?
Your session fee includes one professionally edited digital individual portrait (printable up to 8×10), plus access to an online viewing gallery where you can select your included image and purchase additional photos, prints, or specialty items if desired.

2.Can I combine my children’s session fees toward a package?
Yes! If you have multiple children booked for portraits, your session fees can be combined and applied as a $100 credit toward the Digital 3-Pack. You would only pay the remaining $35 balance to upgrade to the bundle. (If you are booking sessions for multiple children in your immediate family, please reserve their time slots in the same order. This helps me keep track of siblings, combine session fees correctly, and ensure your images and upgrades are processed without confusion.)

3. How should my child prepare for their portrait and what should my child wear?
Please have your child arrive hair-ready, makeup-ready, and with their uniform neat and clean. A quick touch-up before their session helps ensure the best results. Please remove any chipped nail polish/temporary tattoos and be sure sneakers are very clean (wiped down, no scuffs or dirt).

4. Are moms allowed in the room during the session?
To help children stay focused and relaxed, parents are not allowed during the session — unless the child is 5 years old or younger. For younger children, one parent may accompany them.

5. How does the custom team photo work?
The team photo is created digitally by photographing each child individually, then hand-selecting and compositing them together into one cohesive, polished team image.Because of this process, every child on the team must participate for the team photo to be produced.

6. How much is the Team Photo Add-On, and what do we receive?
The Team Photo Add-On is $25 per cheerleader.
Every family that participates will receive a high-quality digital copy of the completed team image.

7. Do we have to purchase the team photo?
No — the team photo is optional. However, all children must be signed up in order for the image to be created.

8. What is included in the Sibling/Buddy Add-On?
For an additional $10, you can add a sibling or friend to your child’s portrait. Only one parent needs to purchase this add-on, and it must be scheduled at a time when all participating siblings/buddies are present.
Please note: the $10 fee covers the additional time slot only — the buddy/sibling shareable digital photo is not included and will be an additional purchase.

9. How long does the individual photo session take?
Individual sessions are quick and efficient — typically about 5 minutes per child.

10. When will the proofing gallery be ready?
Your proofing gallery will be available approximately two weeks after picture day.

11. How long will the proofing gallery be available for ordering?
Your online gallery will remain open for two weeks. Orders must be placed before the gallery closes.

12. When will I receive my edited photos and/or products?
Final edited photos (including digital purchased images and team photos) are delivered approximately 6 weeks after your order has been placed. Prints & Specialty Items should be delivered within two weeks following digital image delivery.

13. Can I purchase more digital images or prints?
Yes! Additional images, prints, and specialty items can be purchased directly through your online gallery.

14. Can I purchase just a print or specialty item without buying a digital portrait?
No. A digital portrait must be purchased first before ordering any prints or specialty items.
The cost of the digital file covers the time and work involved in editing and retouching your child’s portrait.
Prints and specialty items are considered add-ons and are priced separately.

15. Is there a credit card processing fee? How can I avoid paying it?
Yes. A 3% processing fee is added to all credit card transactions.

To avoid this fee, you may pay through Zelle instead.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The session fee is non-refundable, as your session date/time slot is reserved specifically for your child. However, if your child can no longer attend, the session may be transferred to another cheerleader within the same program.

A makeup picture day may be scheduled, but it is not guaranteed. If a makeup day is offered, your session fee may be transferred to that date.

If no makeup day is offered and the session cannot be transferred, the session fee may be applied as a credit toward any future session with Jayne Michael Photography within 12 months.

Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to transfer your session so I can update the schedule accordingly.
